1. How Fares Are Determined
All metro fares are set by the transit operator (for example, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited for Namma Metro) and are quoted live over the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) for the specific origin and destination you select. WeeBee does not set, alter, or mark up the operator's fare.
2. What You Pay
The total amount payable is shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden charges and no separate convenience fee added on top of the operator's fare.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Taxes
Any applicable taxes are included in the fare quoted by the operator and reflected in the total shown at checkout.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner — a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. You can pay using the methods the gateway supports for this service, such as UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. WeeBee does not store your card or payment-instrument details — see our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel an eligible ticket, refunds and any operator cancellation charges are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
