• Hexagon Visit Data: Aggregated statistics about H3 hexagon territories you've visited

WeeBee is fundamentally a location-based application. Here's exactly how we use your location:

What We Do With Location Data:

• Convert GPS coordinates to H3 hexagon identifiers (~500m resolution) for territory mapping
• Generate trip records with routes, activity types, and duration
• Calculate visited hexagons and achievements
• Determine your current city for regional features
• Show your location on the map (only visible to you unless you share)

We do NOT: Sell your location data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information in limited circumstances:

5.1 With Other Users

Your public profile (username, display name, profile photo) and territories you've claimed are visible to other users. Trip data remains private unless you explicitly share it.

5.2 Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to help us deliver and improve our services, including authentication, database management, cloud infrastructure, and map visualization. These providers only access your information as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days

• Legal Holds: Data may be retained longer if required for legal disputes or regulatory compliance
