1. A Digital Product
WeeBee is a digital service that lets you book metro tickets over the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). Every ticket is delivered electronically to your account — there is no physical product, packaging, or shipment. As a result, traditional product returns and exchanges do not apply.
2. Returns Are Handled as Cancellations
For a digital ticket, the equivalent of a "return" is a cancellation. If you no longer need an eligible ticket, you can cancel it from within the app, and any refund due is processed to your original payment method.
How and when refunds reach you, the refund amount, and any operator cancellation charges are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. WeeBee always shows you the exact refund before you confirm a cancellation, and adds no separate fee of its own.
3. Tickets That Cannot Be Returned
Because a ticket grants access to travel, a ticket cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once it has been:
- Claimed — the QR code has been generated/scanned for entry
- Used or completed — the journey associated with the ticket is finished
- Already cancelled
Eligibility otherwise follows the transit operator's cancellation rules, which are surfaced to you live at the time of cancellation.
4. If a Ticket Was Not Issued
If your payment succeeds but a ticket does not appear within a few minutes, do not pay again. You are never charged for a ticket that was not successfully created — any amount debited for a ticket that could not be issued is automatically reversed to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. See our Service Delivery and Cancellation & Refund policies for details.
